"The Palestinian Table was launched at a select gathering in a beautiful house in leafy St John's Wood, which once served as Lawrence Alma-Tadema's studio in the 1800s. Guests gathered under a restored silver roof - designed by Tadema to replicate the light of the Middle East - and were surrounded by the magnificent art collection of current owner, Sawsan Asfari. They enjoyed delicious recipes from the cookbook and learned the story of how the book came to be during an emotional speech by author Reem Kassis." Read More
